How it works

Compliance first. A person approves.

Sextant does not start with a draft. It starts with the solicitation, and it stops until a named person says the package may go.

  1. Find. Radar watches public opportunity sources and keeps the ones that match the contractor’s profile.
  2. Decide. Bearing states the bid or no-bid and the reasons. A named person approves the decision.
  3. Comply. Chart turns the solicitation into a compliance matrix. Sections L and M, the statement of work, and the clauses are in that matrix before Draft begins.
  4. Draft. Each proposal section traces back to a requirement and to the contractor’s past performance library.
  5. Approve. Fix holds the package. Nothing goes to a government buyer without a person’s sign-off.

Customer data stays isolated

Each customer’s pipeline, past performance, pricing, and drafts stay in that customer’s workspace. They are not used to train a model for someone else, and they are not visible to another customer.
